- Kaz Cooke & Ruth Trickey - Endometriosis: Natural and Medical Solutions
Touches on adenomyosis, and many of the methods for dealing with endometriosis pain may help with adenomyosis pain, and is very well written. Contains excellent advice about diet, lifestyle and managing pain.
