My story: negatives
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, the information on these pages is gathered from my own experience, books, websites, and other people's experience. I will not be held responsible for any injury resulting from this information. If you have a medical condition, you should seek qualified medical advice and supervision at all times.
I believe that all the diseases/illnesses I suffer are related and cause each other to get worse. I have noticed this effect during a period, where my sciatica flares, causing further abdominal cramping, which makes my back more inflamed, which causes further abdominal cramping (circular) and inflames the chest, which causes the lower back to be more rigid (circular). Stress plays a largest part in making things worse, as it also impacts on the immune system. Getting rid of as much stress as possible is very important.
Many of these problems seem to have something to do with the body's auto-immune response, and are inflammatory and vascular in nature. Specialists are in agreement, that there is something underlying wrong, probably in the way my brain interprets signals. However, current medical science is insufficiently advanced to diagnose and treat most of these symptoms or the underlying illness(es).
